Glossop RUFC are proud to announce that Jack Makepeace, Fullback / Wing for GRUFC Under 16's, has been selected to play for WRU Welsh Exiles U16 against Newport Dragons U16 Development team on the 6th March. Jack also plays representative rugby for Lancashire RFU Under 16's.
The Welsh Exiles is department of the Welsh Rugby Union which seeks to identify, recruit and develop Welsh qualified players who live, or attend schools and universities, outside of Wales, anywhere in the UK and abroad.
We wish Jack every success with the Exiles, and know he will bring the experience he gains back to Hargate Hill for the benefit of the U16 team.
